“Great doctor since his passing I haven't found a doctor that I'm comfortable and happy with R.I.P DOCTOR G I went to him last year and he helped me with my depression anxiety and panic attacks. The APN- Sharon Mirante-listened carefully to my concerns, conducted a thorough examination on me, answered all my questions and kindly calmed my fears. The medical staff was also very welcoming and at check out, the young lady made sure I understood my prescriptions and referrals. This may all seem like standard levels of care...sadly in other medical facilities it isnt. I am very satisfied with the care I received.”

“Came in to AFC Urgent Care in Cedar Grove, NJ on 2/14/24. It was my first visit so I registered my information on the tablet provided. I was seen in less than 5 minutes. I had injured my hand in a fall so an x-ray tech took thorough digital images of my hand and wrist. The images were read remotely by an orthopedic right away. I had an answer within minutes. I was given copies of the x-rays for my use for any follow up with another doctor. Was also provided with the referral information for another doctor to see for the osteoarthritis seen on the x-rays.The whole process at AFC was very quick, thorough and a lot less expensive than a trip to the E R. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. EXCELLENT SERVICE!Thank you ♡”

“After experiencing very dismissive doctors, it was so refreshing and lovely to walk into this health center and have people who are so helpful and care about all their patients. Everyone here is patient with me, and will answer each and every question I have. For the referrals I've received, some of the doctors will push me off several months into the future when I'm trying to make an appointment, but they are willing to help you get an earlier appointment if this happens. They tell me, if anyone gives you any issues, we will take care of it. I've even witnessed the staff help a lady to her car while carrying her stuff. If you're hesitant on switching to USFHP for the Staten Island area, I would say not to hesitate at all. Honestly, this is the best experience with health care I've ever received in my life.”
“We needed Covid tests done for a recent trip we were taking. Everywhere we went was out of tests. Our doctor gave us a few options but they were all out. We did some online research and found Inna. Her office is small but she got the job done! She did charge for the visit but it can be submitted through insurance. She was very friendly, polite, informative, and made us feel very comfortable.”

“All week I was sick and today just felt worse and decided to go to Immedicenter (referred by my colleague). Check-in was very efficient and courteous. Medical Assistant was very kind and thorough as well as PA. PA was very engaged and thoroughly assessed my symptoms, did necessary testing. Very clean office. Wait time was reasonable; I believe you cannot rush provider when they are trying to do proper diagnosis and testing for precise treatment, so I was pleased with wait time which was normal and not as long as some offices may have. Highly recommend for urgent need or follow-up. Not to mention, location was also very convenient for me.”

“I highly commend Asha, the medical professional who took care of my son, even though it was close to closing time on a summer Sunday afternoon. She work quickly and effectively so that my son's treatment could be completed in that single visit. My son and I were the only patients in the place, and Asha gave us the royal treatment. She is intelligent, quick-witted, efficient, full of initiative and a can-do spirit. Asha took the time to explain things to us, and also how my son should take care of his injury--and all this when she should have already left the building! I most highly commend Asha and her fine qualities.”
“This review is specifically for the LabCorp/Phlebotomist - not the practice.I needed to have bloodwork done on my 1 year old. I was so nervous and didn't know where to go to have it done (the baby's pediatricians office does not do it and a parent's group referred me here instead). At this location, there's a private LabCorp room right in reception where they do bloodwork. The phlebotomist was wonderful and was so patient and kind with the baby. You can just walk in and there was no wait time when we went (Saturday morning). Thank you to the kind technician for making a tough procedure that much more bearable.”

“Even it is 5 star, but the experience was not good. I went there to treat a fever, but the front desk kept giving me misleading information. After the visit, their billing department gave me endless calls because our insurance had some issues. I had to call my insurance company again and again to help them resolve the issue. Their billing staff were incompetent to handle basic insurances. I have 100+ medical bills every year and none of them have issues. I ended up paying them out of my pocket. You know what, it turned out they failed to submit my information to the insurance company at first. Now I have to call them again and again to have an invoice so I can claim by myself. Unsurprisingly, they never picked up the phone. You have to leave them a message, and luckily they can call you back.”
