Absolutely terrible freight company. They NEVER call when they arrive even though we pay extra for that service, they often confirm a pick up and then reschedule WITHOUT NOTIFYING US, and they hang up all the time after wasting time on hold when trying to get in touch with dispatch!!!
About 75% of the time there is a HUGE issue when scheduling pick ups.
DO NOT USE FEDEX FREIGHT IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT!!!

Living in Newark NJ. waiting for delivery of a package from FedEx or Ups is horrific worst service ever, their service is why packages are stolen due to inefficient workers, waited all day for a package out for delivery it never came. The Walmart location Kearney NJ Delivery location Newark NJ. FedEx location Doremus Avenue Newark New Jersey would you believe they told me it can not be put on hold so I could pick it up, I must wait until they try again when no attempt was actually made today Wednesday 24, 2023. Now delivery would be two days later Friday 26,2023. Worst service ever guess because people who residing in Newark New Jersey do not deserve proper service very disappointed in their business

Am told 1 day delivery for priority. 3 business days later the delivery is still not done.Some reps do not know what they're talking about. Do your own research and don't rely on FedEx reps.
