I have been trying to reach someone on the phone since 10:30am at the Newark location on Market St. Absolutely, no response. At 3pm, someone finally answered "Sabrina". Sabrina could not be bothered with assisting and locatingan item for me. I was transferred to "John" who was able to help me and locate the item I was searching for. It took a total of 3 mins. Thanks John!I don't know how Sabrina still has a job. Seems like anyone with a pulse can get a job at Footlocker. It's a dam shame.

Perfect I walked out with what I was looking for & more. It took probably 20 min. for me to purchase a pair of the jordan 6's a matching joggers outfit & a t-shirt for $340 ?. The staff was great. That'll have to be one of my top stores to run in if I'm looking for any new fits or kicks aaayyyyyeeeee.

Honestly, the service here surprisingly is good. Hope it stays that way. Their selection importantly I believe can have its seasons when its good or not. But very nice, clean, spacious place. Wish them well at this location.

Jae was awesome she greeted me when I came in and also walked to me as I was looking and asked me if I needed help, in which I did so she helped me pick out 2 pairs of sneakers!! Awesome customer service!

Poor costumer service from, Jayanna M. I bought a pair of shoes online and came to this location for a refund, because the shoes did not fit. However, instead of awarding me the full price she only awarded half. I had to call footlocker costumer service to receive the rest of the refund. She clearly saw my phone and the full price, why she proceeded to award only half? I have no idea. Something is clearly going on with the system, or they are not training their employees properly. No parking, terrible atmosphere, terrible costumer service, nobody greets you. In short, go to the mall.
