Galls provides uniforms and equipment, mainly for municipal agencies. The staff is very helpful and professional, offering great customer service. They answer questions and help find items, ordering out-of-stock merchandise for delivery. While service has improved tremendously and is often described as the absolute best, there have been rare issues with incorrect orders. The store can get busy with workers getting fitted, but the team remains patient and assists with measurements.
Placed an order on October 13 after three weeks I get a text stating that two of eight items are ready for pick up. I repeatedly go to the store once at 12:30 PM at 3:30 PM once at 4 PM the store was closed. Business hours are stated to be open till 5 PM. I’ve called multiple times no one answers the phone.

Great experience!! I forgot the young lady name that helped me. She was awesome, and very professional . She answered all of my questions, and found all of the items for me. Oh, let's not forget ( Her great customer service!)
