I needed a good Battery bank for my flight and this store had exactly what I needed. The head phones were out for demo. Picked up a nice pair with noise cancellation. Crying babies on board were no match. They were much more expensive than Amazon, but I had no time for that. I'm not sure what their hours are on weekends. They have decent laptop and carry on bags.

I bought a pair of JLab Audio Bluetooth earbuds and even though they are a little pricey besides the brand I'm actually used to I can honestly say I'd rather stick with this brand for a while because the sound is amazing and it's loud and clear and I'm having no problems with them so far and they have a contact number if I'm ever disappointed with anything and maybe I can possibly get a new pair but right now it's so far so good and I have absolutely no complaints at the moment: the customer support was very good and the employee was very attentive helping out while even giving me suggestions on others on the most reasonably priced earbuds to buy so I can choose a backup pair in case they run out of the original

I want to commend Shonte the manager who in December 17th totally exceeded my expectations. I bought a battery case for my IPhone X on the 15th and thought it was broken when it was not charging my phone. I lost the receipt but Shonte printed a copy and researched the item. She let me know upon arrival arhat the phone does not work correctly with the case. She returned the phone and applied a credit. She is the most courteous and customer focused person I ever met. I expected a fight and found my faith instead. Thank you Shonte.

Shante is super excellent fantabulous and absolutely wonderful. There is good customer service and there is above and beyond, then there is Shante. She took extra care to introduce all our options for sound quality and price. Never have I had better customer service. Thank you Shante for being so caring and helpful.
