“Located on Broad St., it was a very convenient location for me as I was passing by, on foot, shopping. The ATM is located in the foyer area, which was crowded, so I went to see a teller to make my deposit. Inside, I was greeted by a well dressed gentleman. He probably was someone who one would speak to about opening an account. The place was clean, with plenty of seating for those who are waiting in the lobby. My bank associate was very friendly, but he was soft spoken and had a thick accent. It was pretty loud here between a woman arguing with her daughter and the doors constantly being opened to the very busy street. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times before I finally interpret it as he was thanking me for my business and hoped I had a wonderful day.”

“Ashikome Gamra, the branch manager of this location went above and beyond for the Newark Water Coalition. She squeeze us in last minute to help us set up our account. It took over an hr and a half to get it done. The branch had already closed and Ashikome was still helping us. As an Executive Director of a non profit and former retail manager I understand what customer service means and I am eternally grateful for such patience and dedication to helping the Newark Water Coalition.
