I went there with my father on 08/21/2025, From the door the energy is disgusting in this place, the guards at the door are so miserable they don’t even greet you when entering the building even if you say good morning to them. One of the guards broke my Apple Watch, pulled the basket so hard from the metal detractor that all my belongings fell in the floor, ( the black older male) he pulls the basket like it bothers him to do his job, then the other white male doesn’t even acknowledge people. This building needs new employees, nobody is forcing them to work, if they don’t want to do so then leave the spot for someone else and stop making people experience horrible just as their personality. Horrible customer service. Horrible people.
Seems like they’re miserable because they old and can’t afford to retire. Those 2 need early retirement asap.

The worst customer service ever. I’ve been trying to speak with someone since last week, and can never get a live agent. After going through the maze of automated prompts, there is a 30-60 minute wait time. When I opt in for a Call Back, either the agent disconnects the call without ever assisting, or I’m transferred to other departments who never answers. Last week Ms. Green disconnected the call a minute into the conversation, today, Walter refused to check on my inquiry and insisted on transferring my call to another line who never answered. It almost seems like they don’t want to do their job and just running through the calls. It’s quite frustrating, this system needs major improvement.

The IRS customer service providers are the worst. They are unable to answer any questions about your tax return/status. Nor do they even pick up the phone. I am so upset with the service that was provided to me. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I had a very bad experience. The person at window one was completely incompetent and had to ask the person at window two for help. Then, both officers gathered in an office and accused us of not wanting to process student paperwork and trying to exploit the American system. It was a really bad experience, and their behavior was terrible. They just wanted to rush through the applicants without actually doing anything.

I went to the offices and although I did not have an appointment, as I had my documentation in order, they gave me a number to submit my declaration and the documentation to obtain my ITIN. I do not speak English very well and the official very kindly contacted me with an interpreter, both of them were very kind and They explained to me all the steps taken and the time I had to wait to receive a response. I am very grateful for the attention received.

No problems. The place was empty so I was seen right away despite the fact that I had no appointment. I brought my tax return but didn't need it. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and helpful, explaining everything in detail.
