Hello, just recently left the office and would like acknowledge that the customer service could be a lot of better. My mother who does not speak English was discriminated and not given the proper care by a specific individual. Luckily there was another lady who managed to help out my mother despite the language barrier! Appreciate it!Get Spanish/Blingual fluent workers!

Since April 2022 we are requesting by mail by fax by email the non filling letter because my son need in school but until now no response…he cannot enroll without this….i hope all of you are sleep well…especially to the person assigned for this job!!!!

Went in unaware it was by appointment only. Was told there were only 2 people working that day so they could not help us because the "appointment people" were about to show up. Asked for assistance as to how to obtain copies of my tax transcripts and was given no help except told I needed an appointment. Asked if I could make one right there they said no. They showed us a paper with instructions and then went about their business. 8 people in the office and they refused to help any of them. I even tried calling and was on hold for over an hour. I hung up. Unbelievable.

I went there on Sep,21,2018 at 12:50 the lady was extremely rude. First she gave me a weird look then didnt even let me finish my question and said to call them she wasnt even doing anything. The govt should not hire these kind of people who dont have manners, to talk to other people. Especially the racist kinds. Ive been calling them for days and nobody picks up the phone.

Have a pacemaker and was abused by a security guard at door told me to put my hands up and face the wall the turn and face front he took at least five minutes to scan me. I had a tshirt shorts and flip flops he was a racist bigot I'm Sure

Been standing since 8AM. HAVE A 8:45am appointment and they're still not open. It's currently 8:46am. Nothing but bullsh*t with these government buildings.
