The entrance is actually through the parking lot in the back of the building! No signage so I waited outside for some time. The office is also understaffed. Just checking in is an ordeal

Terrible .
It takes too long to take care . They are rude. Uneducated. Instead of working, they are on their cell phones. Not at all professional.

The people at the counter are very rude, humiliating, despotic. Terrible service, I pay my taxes so they can pay these people who serve such miserable people so badly.

Front desk employees non existent. I had a drug test scheduled for 1:15. I checked in at 1PM and waited because no one was at the front desk. When someone came around 1:20 I went up to them and said I have an appointment for 1:15PM, they said have a seat and I'll call you. It is now 1:40PM and I go up to the person to ask about it, and they said it's past 1:30PM we can't do drug test anymore? Hello???

My blood was drawn by Geowanda. Best experience EVER! Doctors usually struggle when drawing my blood, but for the first time it was fast, simple, and painless! Geowanda’s hand was good and she clearly knows what she’s doing.

Every piece of negative feedback left for this location can be chalked up to this location being criminally understaffed, which is a management problem and not the fault of the workers. Treat them like humans (I had a lovely conversation with the receptionist about her dyed hair) and budget enough time to sit around for a while (that’s the only reason I’m docking a star, but it wasn’t even horribly long). Bring a book or something, and some patience. If they had enough nurses around, every single one of the complaints in these comments would disappear.

I saw someone with a Medical Alert Service Dog be denied adequate care, had their rights violated under the ADA and issues with confidentiality. As someone considering getting/training an SD, this is unacceptable and this establishment should be sued for their misconduct against Disabled people and service dog handlers.

Worst labcorp I ever went to!! The lady that look the blood work is extremely rude! She just looks at you and expects you to know what to do, she didn't had the tubes ready to collect the blood and already bored my child, after then she was scrambling to get the tubes. My child hand bruised badly right after she finished with him.

Denied my medical alert service dog, reception was rude and condescending.
They were talking poorly of me to other employees, loud enough for me to hear as well.
Employees need to be reprimanded, show better customer service/compassion for people with disabilities that aren’t visible. And just compassion for individuals in general. They also need to be better educated on the ADA laws regarding service animals.
