Do not order from they company. The website states that if ordered by 1pm there is same day shipping. This is not true it’s been 5 days of waiting to receive a shipping confirmation and each day I’m being told tomorrow because they are backed up on shipping.The staff is short and has zero compassion for my customers that are waiting for prints.I even offered to pick the items up and was denied.

Ordered a case of paper online. The paper I received was not what I ordered. No problem, I know mistakes can happen. Contacted the company and they provided me with a return label and said my new order would go out that same day. I shipped the wrong order out the next day. A week goes by and I get an email saying I was refunded. Asked them what happened and they said they were out. I had to wait 2 weeks and jump through some hoops for nothing. The person I was talking to wasn't overly friendly and didn't seem to care much that my time was wasted. Also, they still have the paper I ordered listed as available on their website. Don't waste your time here.

Its never worth posting a bad review about a company - but after being mislead three times, I think its about time. I bought specialty reams of paper from Limited Paper 3x due to their pricing and availability. The first order they shipped out week late and then realized they shipped different brand paper. Second order was also a week plus late, but this one was damaged/destroyed and got no response for weeks. Third most recent order they just flat out never shipped it. They provide fake tracking #'s to appease their retail partners, but never actually ship your order.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND TAKE YOUR PAPER SUPPLY NEEDS ELSEWHERE.

I received an email saying my paper had shipped, and a week after the scheduled delivery I contacted them to see if they knew where it was—they responded that they were out of stock and hadn’t shipped anything, but didn’t let me know until I reached out. They refunded our money but refused to rectify the situation which now leaves my work which relies on a particular kind of paper without any of it unless for the rest of the busy season unless we want to shell out hundreds of dollars for rush shipping. Highly unprofessional behavior.

I purchased 2 cases of paper on eBay and I received one case then I received partial of a second case about a week later. The paper came in individual shrimp shrink wrap packages instead of the actual wrapper so I'm not sure if it was a 100% what they sold. Second box came in destroyedand repackageby upsand it was short 300 sheets. I called to get a refund/credit for the paper that they shorted me they said they will call me back and never heard from them. They emailed me instead saying I received everything and that no refund was to be given to me.
