Lotus Laundromat is a very clean and affordable place to do laundry. The machines, including extra rinse and heavy duty options, work well, leaving clothes clean, fresh, and dried quickly and thoroughly. It is a good and awesome place, with helpful and nice staff providing good customer service. The business is reliable and does a great job, especially for its wash and fold service for both drop-off and pick-up. It is a black woman-owned business that meets a need in the community. The building itself is painted pink with a lovely mural and inspirational messages inside. It can get pretty crowded on weekends, so weekdays are best. While there have been rare mentions of a staff issue, the owner is known to step in personally to ensure everything runs smoothly. Overall, it is a recommended place where people find the service very reliable.

Clean, quiet. Nothing particularly great or bad. Nothing really close by either. Machines to wash were good. Dryers I used not so much. The young gentleman working was attentive and answered any questions I had.
