Had a great experience, the crew was very helpful and explained everything to me with great clarity. I appreciated the digital photos and videos explanations for the parts and fixes. It definitely made me feel more relaxed and confident in their service and honesty. It was my first time but I'm certainly coming back!

Excellent and expedient service provided. I had an 8am appointment and though they were already quite busy, I received a thorough and informative inspection report and quote within the hour. I needed new brake pads, rotors and calibers and this was completed in less than 3 hours and I was picked up at home to retrieve my car back. Overall I was satisfied with the service provided.

I had an excellent experience at Meineke Car Care Center! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Victor, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail.

Pleasant atmosphere good service
Been visiting the shop for over 30 years never had any issues. Orders were always satisfactory but in all the years only received one discount I figured they would show some kind of appreciation for a long history customer. Other then that Meineke is my place to go for maintenance service

I had such a wonderful experience at this Meineke location in Newark,NJ. The team treated me with respect and gave me a more than fair price for the work that needed to be done. I had an issue with my exhaust system as I had an aftermarket muffler installed by a friend however the welds failed and my tail pipe began to crack causing the entire system to come loose. Their technician walked me through the repair and even let me see the locations they needed to fix. To top it all off they installed a new tailpipe and elbow that looks so much better than what I had before. It’s never easy finding a mechanic you can trust but look no further these guys know their stuff! They even included an inspection of other systems in my car as I just wanted to make sure everything was safe. I drive a fully modded out Jeep and take it off roading pretty frequently. These guys made sure I was good to go and they answered all of my questions along the way. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you guys I will definitely be back!!! 5 Stars!
