Miscommunication between management,customers and corporate offices. I was sold a phone that I didn't need and they refused to refund me my money. Corporate said yes to refund and management said no. At the end of the day the manager had corporate buckle ?

They worse then att and sprint and TMobile and Verizon I'm not understanding why my bill jumped from $175.00 to $182.83 I would like to know why it's that high when I only have three phones and a Internet box

The manager was very rude which is uncommon for that location. I have been a customer for almost 13yrs and never had an issue with any of the employees until now. I won't blame the metro just the light skin guy 5'11"with the beard.

Great store !! came in for an upgrade there was a customer situation were the customer got rowdy and disrespectful but i noticed how the manager took over and calmed the situation down helping us both with our issues !!i know its a new dealer but you guys are doing great keep it up , carlos and jairo you guys are the best !!! blessings to your store … also this store needs repetitive security presence , not only is downtown’s a bad area but its always good to have that extra support

Bought a phone yesterday, didn't need nothing but to be rung up. There are no longer deals for existing customers but that doesn't matter cuz consumerism. Anyway as the associate is setting up my phone, I asked if while the port for the sim card was open could I put my memory card in the phone and she tells me she didn't see a space for it.??♀️ All she had to do was flip the tray over and the memory card fits in a space behind the sim card. They really ain't interested If it's an iphone. And that is cool too but be knowledgeable of your merch; otherwise your customers will dance circles around you

I wanted to take some time and congratulate Metro for having wonderful staff and great managers like Oscar E. While I as there today I saw how hardit is to treat and deal its people. My review has nothing to do with this store it's about MetroPCS corporate, since may they blocked my account from using any card and lie to me saying it's my bank which is B.S! Then I have to drive two hours to pay with my card in the store which actually works but MetroPCS lies and I been a customer since 2008 I'm definitely going to another service because every month they say they will fix it and nothing gets done and I'm tried of it. Well MetroPCS You Just Lost A Loyal Customer!!!!!

Didn't get the help I needed at all went to this one because it was the bigger Metro store and they had something totally different to say then another Metro store but if it's all Metro all prices and Deals should be the same and I was hearing conflicting pricing and they were both MetroPCS stores

I have had the worst experience with this store on Market Street. I entered the store 30-45 mins before closing to purchase a new phone and accessories. No other customers besides myself were in the store. I was rushed, not offered or informed about insurance, autopay or accessories. "Oscar" titled as a Manager was rude and unprofessional a told me I needed to wrap it up because they were getting ready to close. I work # A high end Reta store and we Would NEVER ! treat customers in this manner. I reported him to another Manager and I will be reporting him to Corporate today. I called today to ask a simple question. Mr. RUDE OSCAR answered the phone and was Again rude and unprofessional. I advised him he was being rude to me AGAIN. and he hung up on me. This us TOTALLY! Not Acceptable...

Very cooperative. Tip: buy your devices from a corporate headquarters, to prevent having to have to come here anyways. A lot of authorized, ma&pop dealers, deal bad business... Thank you Monica for such a pleasant attitude....

I was well treated by a very knowledgeable staff. Monica Caraballo, a "Metro by T - Mobile" Associate was most helpful in assisting me with my purchase. She was very polite and patient in helping me. Further more, Her knowledge of the communications items offered by "T-Mobile" was absolutely amazing! Altogether, my experience at "Metro by T-Mobile was a very good one.
