Never again buying another phone from this location over charged me with a new number line and paid full retail price for the phone with a new number while it's says online a new number with the phone was only 300$ so why charge me 590$ they will rip you off don't recommend this location what so ever.

While the employees are doing their job, they falsify details on mandating purchase of insurance with prepaid phones. The managers/owners of such stores should be delisted from the franchise. They would rather not sell a phone without insurance. Don't spend your money on such an unethical scam of a business

The girl behind the counter was very,very rude and arrogant.
I went there just to switch my sim card because I lost the other one.
First it took a long time and second she did it the wrong account,it was a mess.
I had to wait another half hour to get it done right.
Thanks God,the manager had to do it right.
Maybe gonna have to switch to ATT.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!... They steal money from your face... to sell you the plan they offer you a thousand wonders... but they never explain the traps... THE GIRLS WHO SERVE THERE ARE SUPER BAD HUMOROUS, BAD EDUCATED. DESPOTS. .. .. ANY OPERATOR IS BETTER THAN THIS... 1 star is a lot for this place.. FERRY... be careful, the majority who comment well are bots or relatives of these people..

Very bad service, the people there talk and do not attend to the customer. For example, I went to buy a phone, the girl who helped me because I was talking did not put the chip in my cell phone and I had to go back to wasting time again for a her mistake

Super unsatisfied, not all texts are coming in, I was overcharged, I have 3 random charges for accessories I did NOT purchase, the phone itself sucks, th girl that helped me seemed clueless about prices, I should've went with my gut and left and gone to another store. I have been calling the store all morning and nobody answers the phone, I have to go back there after work. Unless they change staff, STAY AWAY!!!!! Ohhhhh, and the girl wasn't even going to give me a receipt!!!!! I had to ask for it, she said bye and have a good day, and I'm standing in front of her like.....ummm....can I get my receipt??? Seriously, go somewhere else
