It's a waste of time to go for any phone issues. They do nothing. He practically tells you where to go on your phone and makes no effort to correct any problems. Their plan B is to tell you to go to YouTube to learn how to do it. They get paid to sit there and do nothing. I went to the Metro PCs on Market St. And the 3 issues I had(one with my email account) were corrected in 5 minutes.
