I purchased a phone from here 2weeks ago I've done a lot of business with Eli not so much with akeel long story short the phone I purchased is a stolen phone I spoke to akeel today he told me bring the phone in he would return my money which he didn't you sell me a phone through simple mobile but it's locked by verizon I can't even get into the phone now unless I found out who owns it so they can release the lock and what's the chances of that Eli can you reach out to me I've called several times no one won't answer the phone now I will never do business with this store again they told me to bring the phone back they could fix it then I was told nothing can be done you guys are phone techs you can't reset a password but they say they don't but stolen phones while I was there I stood and watched them purchase a stolen phone I guarantee 80 percent of the phones in there are stolen you lost a loyal customer I won't recommend anyone to this place
