I were in Optimum in Newark and my rep. Haneefah has wonderful customer service skills. She was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and was very respectful Haneefah really helped me out alot and I will recommend. Dealing with her at all times.

States it's open on a Sunday 12 - 5 . . . Well, as you can see, it's not! Equipment is always faulty, hence why I was here to exchange but unfortunately it's a false advertisement. My home internet is always down . . . Horrible internet service.

Store hours are inaccurate! They are not opened on Sundays! False information is being provided to us as paying customers in need of some kind of assistance and we are told to come here! Smfh!!

I am in constant panic due to no Customer Service other than, "I Understand your Concern", "I will Fix this for you", "Please Hold", and "I Apologize" all LIES! I think all CSRs here sideline as SCAMMERS.Anything and Everything told to me was a BOLD LIE. Overcharged, Mislead, Scammed, TORMENTED by Horrific Customer service Demons.

Only day that I have to change the equipment, but is not open on a Sunday. But is stated that from 12 pm to 5 pm they are open on Sundays.

Poor Costumer Service. I went to to change my router and The representative made a mistake on my bill. I had to spend over two hours on the phone was transferred from Rep to Rep trying to resolve the problem.

cable rates have gone through the roof and they want to charge you for everything. We had a service technetium come out 2 times so far and our internet service is still dropping,(oh and they billed us $80.00bucks for a service call) oh we can fix it with this external box and its $8.99 additional a month on top of our already 275.00 plus dollar amount of our cable bill. Still not working, good luck trying to talk to a real person and not some AI bot.

I signed up for their 300mb WIFI 6 promo and when I went to their store to swap out the router due to problems with accessing the internet, they gave me a WIFI 5 router which I only found out when I got home. I went back to inform them that they gave me the wrong router, they claim that I'm not supposed to have WIFI 6 regardless of what the promotion said. They refused to honor the promo even though I have showed them the order confirmation which listed WIFI 6 Gateway.

Why when I call 3 Times instead of investigating looking into my case, the optimum sending my info to debt collectors and thru them harassing me to pay for the service that was supposed to be a free trail from optimum and second the services was never installed there was no service so what are you charging me for and 3rd speaking to 3 representatives last 2 told me that they we’re creating a case so optimum can investigate and even after all that i get a call from debt collectors. Why optimum has the liars as their representatives why ? is there someone who cares about the company name or it is just a bunch of liars selling lies to trap people.
