After dealing with countless issues with Optimum’s terrible sales team, I was BEYOND frustrated they kept screwing my account over 4 straight days (I WISH I WAS JOKING), but it pushed me into coming to the Optimum store. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Luis! I barely had to explain anything—he immediately understood the problem, knew exactly what to do, and handled everything efficiently. Thanks to him, my internet was up and running by the very next morning. Luis was kind, patient, understanding, and incredibly fast. He’s truly great at his job and a huge relief after everything I went through. If you need your issues fixed ASAP, I highly recommend going straight to Luis. This guy knows what he’s doing.

Just called today to inform optimum i'll be going with a different carrier and that I won't be retained as a customer after 3 years of bad service. I've been paying for the 1 gig internet. After the call, in retaliation, i've noticed that my 5-600 megabyte speed got dropped down to 283 megabytes. Yes. Even paying for 1 gig and having 1 device connected you don't get your 1 gig. Absolutely laughable. Thank you for solidifying that regardless if the grass isn't greener, I won't be going back to you. Between inconsistent service AND billing, optimum has been laughable at best.

The Security guard didn't serve any purpose! he was clueless with the que in. He was more quick to have you settled in for coffee or tea rather than doing business efficiently and effectively (IN & OUT). however the rep was quite knowledgeable and the service was great

Horrible experience her today with Derius customer service. The agent couldn’t update the plan, couldn’t upgrade the equipment and couldn’t schedule a technician visit. I asked exactly what can I get done here and his response was “a lot of things” “ do you want me to list them?”. There’s no point for this store to be in a central location when 75% of the customers are walking out without actual service. Security was also ride she’s looking at her phone and I asked her do I need to check in with her since she’s sitting at a podium. She just say have a seat. Pointless retail store.
