i must say that panasonic products were my favorite over the years and from tvs, radios, small appliances, cordless phones and other electronics gadgets , etc, they couldnt be beat compared to sony and other brands. my first big screen tv was a pani and lasted for years. the customer service reponses whenever i had a issue was grade a most of the time. the microwaves and blenders last a long time and prices are reasonable overall. i notice now that they are no longer visible compared to samsung, sony, lg, , etc, especially in the tv dept and overall in the electronics and small appliances market for reasons i am not sure about but for me panasonic corp was number one in my book and Panasonic cordless phones are still my brand for home and at work.

Not certain why you need to join/pay for a $1 membership in order to get access to an "expert" technician. Very disappointed.

Panasonic Corporation may have gone off my radar for years but it was a major contributor to my happiness in the 1980's. My very first purchase when I got my first Visa Credit Card was a Panasonic VCR. I was in heaven watching movies and recoding music videos and concerts off MTV. I had other Panasonic electronics too. I was a fan of this corporation. The products I purchased lasted for years. I gave them away when I upgraded. As many others said I was easily distracted by Sony and other companies. I don't know what happened. I really never had a problem with their products they were just outdated technologies. Farewell to a favorite household name. I no longer own the brand.

Panasonic customer support is worst than terrible. I have a Panasonic cordless phone system. You will NEVER get through to a "live representative/technical support." Somehow, the company "Just Answer" often replies online through chat, but this is a third party (unrelated to Panasonic) that charges customers for services rendered. I will never buy another Panasonic product. It took 2-3 hours of concerted effort, and my problem was never resolved. Sharren

Once a formidable and futuristic design force in consumer electronics led by a well-remembered line of science fiction portables, a coveted line of high performance (first-gen) plasma televisions and the very well regarded (and long gone) Technics line of stereo components, Panasonic is now an also-ran seduced by the lure of disposable products and a complete abandonment of customer service. Out of the television category for nearly a decade, Panasonic is still a player in microwaves, portable phones and vacuum cleaners but as with most contemporary electronics, "warranty" is just a word that you mutter as you dispose of almost new defective equipment. With prices on electronics near rock bottom, it's far easier and less expensive to replace a wobbly widget with new rather than hassling with shipping it back for a replacement. And even if you have the stamina, finding a working number for Panasonic in Secaucus, now Newark, is a needle in search of a haystack offering zero responsiveness and maximum indifference - traits which are just as pronounced at Sony, Samsung and to a lesser extent Apple. My sage advice is this, if you have a defective whatever, toss it. Is a $50 portable phone or $75 microwave really worth the aggravation? Not in this lifetime.

Panasonic should be ashamed of themselves! I own two Panasonic Viera Plasma TVs and both have had the blinking light errors. This is a problem that Panasonic is well aware of and does nothing about! This error happens when the faulty screws that they installed on their boards, comes loose and causes an arc, shorting out the board.I did contact Panasonic about the issue and they did not want to help me in the slightest! I ended up sending the boards out for repair, at my own expense. These televisions are junk! Panasonic is an unethical company, that won’t rectify a known problem with their TVs! DONT BUY PANASONIC! They won’t stand by their products!

This month I purchased one of your microwaves. User Friendly does not exist. Directions in manual are very confusing. Tried calling to no avail.

If there was a no star, Panasonic would make it. Do not buy their Link2Cell phones, as they do not work properly in all areas. The issue is they cause echoes while using them. Panasonic has no live customer support. Your can waste hours trying to wait on hold.

Tried to get help from Panasonic re my DVD Recorder suddenly not working (expensive product, Error "U61"), went thru a few toll-free #'s - got a live unhelpful person and unhelpful automated-voice options offered and then disconnected my call - One nice Technical Support guy (Vincent) said to use "CHAT" but Panasonic CHAT goes nowhere, even after multiple attempts with different PCs. ***Update: I went back and tried a lot of different "CHAT" phrasing, and it seems "CHAT" does not like: special characters -not sure which, but I got rid of ":" and "-" and "&" and both "()", removed quotation marks too- as well as making it super-brief (a number-of-characters limit?). I also got rid of the last letter in the product Serial # ...So, good Tech Support guy Vincent was right about CHAT after all, just that ***I wasn't prompted for any of these CHAT changes needed, but got thru to a nice CHAT Rep who tried to help but said my DVD Recorder was too old for Panasonic to support.

yet another mega corporation, that doesn't provide any customer service. i contacted them via their email. asked 2 questions. 1. if i don't have a landline, then what purpose does your "link-2-cell" phone systems "answering machine" serve? 2. what is your newest "link-2-cell" phone system? not brain surgery, and not questions that are answered on their website, or anywhere else on the web! received a canned reply that essentially says . . . too bad, so sad . . . we have no reason or intention of answering your questions. additionally, they offered links to things that have nothing at all to do with my inquiry. this is the status quo for most businesses these days . . . sadly. their corporate jingle should be something like this . . . "pay me, pay me, pay me, give me your money, pay me, pay me . . . but take what you bought and then go away, but . . . pay me, pay me, pay me!"

Without a doubt this is the worst customer service in the world. No phone #, website addresses don't work, their online assistant system is completely flawed, they keep asking you to put in the same information that you have done 3X previously. Then they want to charge you "zero"customer service. They are so terrible that they should be investigated. I can't say enough bad things about this company and their customer service -- it does not exist.
