The gym isn't bad. Employees are friendly. You can tell, however, the gym is not managed well. Downstairs is humid and poor air circulation. Ceiling drips. There are always sanitizing spray and paper towels available for patrons to wipe down equipment and you often see employees cleaning bathroom, but it doesn't look as if they do any deep cleaning of the facility. Trying to take advantage of training is less than successful. No one knows the process. Put name in book. Pages aren't up to date, if they are, trainer isn't consistent.

Worst gym experience. Made me visit in-person to cancel membership, which I did, then continued to charge me for 4 months... I emailed them twice try and solve this and was ignored. Then I called; they refused to refund me 4 months worth of membership fees and told me to visit in-person AGAIN to cancel. Trash.

I was working out in Weehawken where the gym is new and it was a huge contrast coming into this planet fitness. The equipments are old and the legs equipments such as leg abduction were all broken, unable to regulate the weight.

I've been working out with a trainer and I love it she is very understanding and patient with me The gym is clean and they recently did an upgrade and got new equipment

They have horrible attention, the boy who attended us seemed drugged and spoke in a bad and derogatory way. They should know who to hire to serve the public.

This place would get more stars if they went back to 24/hrs. There are a lot of people who can’t come in at those times. Make it 24hrs and I’ll give you a five and I’m sure a lot of other people would as well. Like this if you want it 24hrs again.Update i have called the manager and he stated it’s not up to him but the owners who had denied extending the hours.

First of all ! I went in to planet fitness signed up and due to personal reasons 3 months later I thought I had cancel my membership since I did a walk in and gave one of the works my info. Fast forward to now I signed up last week and when I came in to the gym they tell me I have a balance from my last account due to not canceling my account and I have to pay an annual fee for next month when I just started my new account !!! How am I suppose to know I’m going by the workers are telling me this is so annoying I cancel my new membership without even using it. Customer service is a 0 for me !

I went to the gym last week and there was a condon completely used in the back machine I called the employee to let them know and nobody even asked me anything I called customer service letting them know and again nobody contacted me! The manager is never available when you are trying to reach him, when you make a complaint nobody is willing to address ishowing Like they don’t care about anything I being working out for years on many gyms and this is the worse customer service and management that I ever see! If you want to fight, go overthere cause people take all the high demand machines for long periods and if you ask to the front desk person if they don’t have a certain time to use them they just ignore you saying they can’t do anything about it, last Tuesday the closed and they even let the members know that they gonna do it until next day that we saw a letter in the front door

Been going in and out of this gym. There's always something broken. The basement smells bad. The biggest problem is the staff, most of them are rude, hope you never have to visit the front desk. Make sure to cancel your membership as soon as you see you're not going consistently. Not worth it. Customer service is non-existent.

They gave me wrong information while I was singing up and after I paid they were simply refusing to what they said while I was singing up it was hardly matter of minutes before I paid and after I paid for them to change the information and payment details about the plan. Make sure before signing up for membership at this club. Most staff don’t even have right information and when you ask for the manager they will provide you with the club telephone number obviously the manager is not there to answer and they just want you to be puzzled and take your money. After talking to the manager he could clarify some details.
