This is where the big bucks come in. I don't enjoy the process of the traffic but it's organized enough to get in and out. Just watch out for people going through red traffic lights

They artificially create long queues; you can wait at the port for hours. Some employees are very polite, while others are very businesslike and arrogant towards drivers.
