The worst experience I've ever had in my life. I would never, ever recommend this hotel. We had a two-day reservation, and when we arrived, they told us we were late for check-in and had given our rooms to other guests (still on the reservation day and with no indication of a time limit). They charged us a $202 fee for not arriving at check-in time (the reservation cost $395), treated us poorly, and offered no solution, simply stating that there was nothing they could do. Finally, we had to fight for two weeks and only got $290 back while being charged additional money. If you want to avoid a headache and a really bad time, it's better to find a better hotel. This one is terrible in every way.

Booked 2 - double bed rooms. Showed up and find that our rooms had been given away. Front desk was quite rude about the situation.

Room adequate. It's a hotel near the airport. Lots of traffic and busy. Location was not safe, especially at night. Dark surroundings, poorly lighted, access road narrow and full of potholes. Kitchen staff rude. Food was barely ok. Front desk personnel not responsive. Several requests for a TV remote went unanswered. Never did get one.
