Sometimes I wonder if these people that work here are trained to be that miserable and rude to drivers,it takes them 5-6 hours to load you up and 15 minutes to unload in Michigan.
It boggles my mind that a company like this doesn’t have a reputable manager that reads these comments and take action against these rude employees.

I recently had a pick up for Saia (company I work for ) at this shipping company for the first time, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. The customer service team with Alba was attentive and helped me with what exactly I needed to do. Fuquana and daniqua was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Thank you for you assistance .

This is the worst facility in America. Whoever runs this company from the top down is terrible. They never have your freight ready or on time. You will spend on average an hour and a half for one pallet. The customer service is terrible I would never do business with refregit.
