This place was terrible. They were giving me the generic version of what my doctor ordered and billing it as they were the name brand. They're also the highest priced store in the area. Black and brown people should not support this business. They charge 3 times as much as a product is worth.

Chose this location for vaccinations because previously visited location had closed. That other Rite Aid had Excellent staff and service.Primarily, this location was hit or miss for customer service. The person who administered the vaccines was attentive, thorough, and informative. The person who ultimately printed out the records of my visit was also congenial and helpful.Unfortunately, the staff who received me, checked me in, and received my credentials, were hampered by completely inadequate software and equipment. I understood the frustration.The swiper would not acknowledge me. The e-signature screen did not pickup the stylus yet kept self-creating marks on the screen without any physical contact. These are legal agreements after all.And, most importantly, one of the staff decided to direct more frustration towards me for my attempts to get through the screens than empathy about a shared technology roadblock. They even tried to rush me through screens that required my acknowledgement. Again, some screens required my actual signature.I do not recommend this establishment to anyone who needs to efficiently step in and out or requires customer facing courtesy. Best to bring reading materials and be prepared to wait 30 plus minutes for your visit to begin.

Worse pharmacy in Newark!!!!!!!!!!!! I work for a pharmacy, and we do not treat our patients or others how this pharmacy does. Call so many times for hours and absolutely no one answer. Clearly from the reviews nobody is happy with rite aid service. This place needs to be shutdown! You are playing with people lives/health and getting paid for medication the patients are not even getting! soon as I get a hold of the rite aid corporation I will be reporting you guys!!!!!!!!!

Definitely will start getting my meds filled from another pharmacy. The one on central ave was not this bad.I've called the pharmacy 3 times and no one is picking up. Each time Im placed on hold and waiting like 30 mins-1hr. When someone pickup, its not pharmacy but someone upfront telling me that they're gonna transfer me to pharmacy and im placed on hold.Been calling this pharmacy since on and off from 210 to now, 6:25.I'm usually not one to complain but i'm gonna have to walk away from this pharmacy. They obviously don't want to work back there.

Sourced a limited stock beauty item at this store (and on sale!) so I pre-ordered it and was given a pick-up time of almost 3 hours later. No problem. Instead I received a notification in less than an hour that my item is READY FOR PICK-UP. At first I thought it may be a glitch but I had a flight to catch later, so I rushed over there and a most polite representative seamlessly executed my TOTALLY READY pick-up! This is NOT a paid review but rather I like to publicly rate good service, this experience was EXCELLENT! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Waited 20min in the drive thru for them to give me an attitude when no customer in line nor at the desk to serve for the amount of time having to wait. JOKES and no work. Find a different crew and put on clothes not a Muddy water T-shirt I'm sure that's not apart of uniform

The lady Sani who works in the Pharmacy needs more training , she’s very unprofessional & rude! They don’t tell you any information regarding your prescription. They expect your u to read their mind! Just utterly ghetto & rude! Highly disappointed!

This rite aide is horrible they either need an over haul of the workers or just shut it down, yeah just shut this store down unfortunately! They answer the phones and don't say anything and they take their time as if they don't see you especially in the pharmacy!!!! The cashier was preoccupied with her phone instead of tending to customers!!! I wish i could give no stars!!!!

The WORST Rite Aid known to Humans, spent about 3O mins in the back at the pharmacy although the place was near empty, as I get to the front to pay & leave they end up telling me they have no bags smh ! Luckily had a vehicle waiting for me outside, if not then I'm not even going to say what the outcome would've been. Paper Bags or atleast the bags you can purchase ! Management here is extremely BAD. I'll never step foot in the establishment again.

Unfair!! Beware of the microscopic sign at the back of the building. If you leave your car there you will get towed even when purchasing something later. Make sure to do a 360 degree rotation and look for the sign otherwise you’ll get fined $200 by a rude tolling company

Pulled up at the drive throu window. Pushed the call button. No one acknowledged my presence. 2 guys walking walking up and down on the inside and completely ignoring me. So I pushed the button again after waiting 15 minutes. Still nothing. Then 1 eventually came over and I asked him why didn’t anyone let me know that they could see me. The said he looked at me. They lied to my face staring that he acknowledged me. I told him to not lie to me. I understand being busy but at least acknowledge your customers and as them to hold on.
