Incompetent individuals that is very disrespectful! They lose paper work tell you it was lost then hide. Forget about calling they will claim to call people back and it will NEVER happened.! Unfortunately due to their lack of I was threatened to have my case closed. I’m so glad to ALWAYS KEEP RECEIPTS WETHER ITS EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGES.. I will definitely be reaching out to the state about the unethical & unprofessional demeanor from Higher up to case managers! Btw if I could have gave 0 stars it would have been done..

This place is not good. They will talk about what they can and will do but do absolutely nothing. AUGUST 2021 I DID AN APPLICATION FOR THE WRAP AROUND PROGRAM, 3 weeks before School started. It's now November and still NOTHING. I lost my apartment do to a FIRE on 10/21/21. The Salvation army has not did Anything to help me and my FAMILY. I'm currently in a Hotel with my boys having to check out today with nowhere to go. ??

I don't know what's up with this spot since moving everything here. You have to have appointments to see people. Then they forget you are coming. There is no follow up on questions. It's a bit unorganized

This organization has a shelter in Elizabeth. It supposed to be a 90-day program however, the employee there are soo extremely incompetent...your 90 day will turn into several months real fast. No matter how many time you would ask the supervisor if there’s any news on housing or any news period about when you will be leaving that place. The Employees never have the information you’re looking for, they say they will get back to you but never do. It’s extremely frustrating... they never answer the phone! & if they do.. they’ll have you on hold for 30 minutes or more! I highly do not recommend this place at all! Their incompetence is sooo bad that when said person finally left that place.. they bagged all of their belongings in the room that they were assigned to, prepared it to be picked up. housekeeping then went in to clean the room & proceeded to throw all of their belonging out! They have no information on where said belonging might be, nor do they have any information on the person that cleaned the room, or information on the hall monitor who is the only one who has the key to access the room. Please please dooo not go to this place for any help! They will not help you in the way that you are looking for!
