Drive through takes so much time , I have 2 little ones and having a drive through makes it so much convenient for a mom but this specific branches always takes forever , the time they take I would have parked my car took both children out and went in and out , don’t understand why drive through takes so long it’s Ridiculous

Called to ask if they can print out a new debit card for me and they said of course just bring in 2 forms of ID. I drove over there and did just that and waited outside for 30 minutes. Came in there and they said they dont do that there and said "oh guess we had a misunderstanding on the phone. Hehe" worst branch ever

I was there yesterday and it was awful. The wait was insane. Too many customers and not enough tellers nor enough customer assistants. After waiting 45 minutes for customer service, I called the Jackson street branch to check if there were a lot of people there too. The girl told me to come over. Well, when I got there 10 minutes later there were 6 people in front of me for customer service and the line for the tellers curled to the door. Again not enough tellers nor customer service assistants for the amount of people coming in. I dont thing you should wait an hour or more to be assisted. People were getting upset because they were loosing their turn as others were getting in front. We couldn't figure out who was in front of who for customer assistance. Just plainly awful.
