The store is relatively clean but be careful! The coupons are tricky, it’s almost like they don’t want you to buy on sale. If you don’t pick the exact item, directly above it while another would be next to it maybe with just a different packaging would charge normal price. Some coupons are available only digital form that you upload to your card using your phone number. So it’s one more hassle for no reason unless again, they don’t want you to save but have the illusion that it’s on sale to get you to the door. One time the cashier turned around in the middle of scanning my items and started talking to the cashier next to her about some bs/gossip. I couldn’t believe it was happening!
Although some staff are helpful but this branch needs a standardized training and customer service ethics. Sometimes there would be a lot of people and the lines would be confusing because they’ll say there are no lines and can go any cashier and you’ll feel guilty or rude to start cutting people off. The management need to read “2 second lean” book by Paul Akers. It would make the supermarket and its process so much better.

Great selection, great halal options for meat, convenient location, could use improvement with cashiers/registers

I don't know why some comments are saying this store is ghetto. Lol how is it ghetto? It's a nice and clean grocery store with fresh veggies and the people that work there are nice. I went in got my things and got out. But I got my shopping done in the morning so there wasn't really that long of a line to wait. I think some people just like to whine and complain about everything. If want ghetto then go to chicago or Camden. Lol really, grow up guys. Oh and the bakery is good too.

Very courteous and polite cashier. ShopRite needs to stop the driver service outside, One driver stabbed another for a seven dollars! The boys outside trying to scam, steal or disrespectful the those who don’t want service!

The cashiers was nice, but I paid for somebody else’s food. She rang their food up on the same tab as mine. I didn’t realize right away because I sent it as a Uber package. Yeah, I gotta pay more attention.

Today I went to this supermarket. I usually go to self checkout because they have a problem with the cashiers maybe it's not their day or something like that. The guy at the self checkout tells me if I can go to a checkout since the self checkout was full. The cashier Patrice W. as in the photo that I put on the receipt, a person who needs to be repeated twice because she doesn't listen or needs an assistant to repeat things to her. A rude person who throws things away while passing them. (It's not the first time this has happened) I told her I had a water and she said okay then she yelled that I was stealing the water since she didn't see it, what am I supposed to do with a 24-bottle pack of water and put it in the box? Oh just ignore a customer because she doesn't want to do her job
PLEASE SHOPRITE SUPERMARKET TRY TO EDUCATE YOUR CASHIER AND ESPECIALLY PATRICE W.

I’ve been to this location a few times. I usually stop here when I’m in the neighborhood visiting my mother-in-law. Overall my experience had been; decent. Employees are always helpful. In fact when I walked in I was greeted by a lovely women with a smile. She answered my questions and pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for ; the BAKERY.
When I got to the BAKERY, there was a family of 5 before me. I mention this fact because I couldn’t see through them, and they were in front of the display case. Immediately when it’s my turn the bakery attendant started being aggressive. She’s starts acting like a prison guard cafeteria worker. You’re working behind a bakery counter with sweet treats; SMILE PLEASE! It just really rubbed me the wrong way and ruined my whole experience and day. There’s a beautiful quote, it goes “everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle, be kind; ALWAYS. This is something that needs to be taught in customer service. Leave attitudes and bad feelings home when you come to work. Put your personal feelings to the side. There is no way I should have been greeted with hostility. I understand that customers can be rude too but I greeted her with a smile and I would have appreciate one back! But, apparently she’s unhappy at shoprite. That experience truly ruined my day!

The cops there think they work for shoprite, one worker told me that I had to many items, I told him that it was the big bags that made a look that way I had 15 items and it says 22 or less, so he told to go ahead and I put my phone number and scan one item and the cop came up to me saying that I have to many item to go to the other line and wait again so I just left everything right there. He made the shoprite worker do more work.

Signed up for their rewards and the next day I got a spam message to my phone number, had my phone number for three years without a single spam message. While there they wouldn't let me use the self checkout and stopped me at the entrance despite it being 2 hours to close.

Every time I go in that store it's ridiculous how long the lines are something needs to be done to rectify that you have senior citizens ppl with disabilities even New babies standing on lines that go all the way thru one isle and still Goin in a line in the back of the store. You don't need 2 or 3 ppl directing which line you go on the self checkout is open and maybe 3 registers open usually its 2 this makes ppl leave their whole cart full and walk out you can't buy ice cream or frozen it's half melted shoprite should be embarrassed how the way the store is ran
