I came here by chance, just looking for a laundromat open at night and honestly, it was a total win. The place has a calm vibe, none of that usual chaos you get elsewhere. I was helped quickly, the staff was friendly, and best of all: no long wait. Everything was super clean, from the machines to the floors, and that really matters. You can tell there’s order and the team cares about doing a good job. Now I know exactly where to come without thinking twice.

Last night was my first time coming during the night shift, and the experience was way better than I expected. The staff was super kind, and the place had a calm vibe perfect after a long day. What really stood out to me was how spotless the washers and dryers were. Everything looked clean, no leftover detergent or lint anywhere. You can tell they take good care of the place, and that gives you a lot of confidence. I’ll definitely be back.

Tonight was my first time coming during the evening hours, and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was warm and professional, even at that time. The place was spotless, clean, and well organized a clear sign of their commitment to quality. It’s great to find a place like this. Totally recommended.

The ladies of the night are hateful, they don't know how to serve and they forbid you from reaching one after nine at night. I asked them for help because even the card didn't work and the one with glasses, who is the most hateful, looked at me and ignored me because I was talking to Your partner, the truth is that bad attention from the ladies at night is not even compared to the morning shift.

Would give 0 stars if I could came in at 9:05pm says they close at 11pm but didn’t let me do my laundry because they were “closed” security was very rude.

The tvs are all in spanish. But there needs to be english tvs on....nobody speaks english

Every time I come in here I have to clean out my own dryers. 05/01/2023 at 7:30 pm it was two people in the laundromat sitting down doing nothing. Check your cameras and you will see them sitting down from 7:00 pm until 7:45 pm doing nothing. The boss lady with the glasses and some new worker. The dryers use to stay clean until they told that lady she couldn't wash clothes any more because they were not making money off of her when she was using their washers and dryers.

Customer Service sucks, they are very unprofessional.They allow the machines to take your money and will not refund you back. There are bugs around the machines, place needs a serious upgrade.

I've been to this place as a baby and seeeing the place again after years, this must be the nicest Laundromat to see and there are so many machines if the place was to ever get full, The only problem is, Even after 40 min of drying all the clothes a few never dyed properly, The other Laundromat near my house have dryers older then there's and it drys the clothes better even at a full load, If this problem was to get improved then I would give 5 stars.Edit: I was there and washed some stuff earlier, the dryers seems to have been improved when it comes to heating and drying fully, 5 stars.

First time going to this laundromat my experience was so bad and the customer service was worsttttt.I used the washing machine but it started to acting up,I reached out to the woman who works there she said she can’t do anything about it,I had to spend twice the money to wash 2 times,never going back!!!! They need new management
