Location did not have any decaf coffee options although it allowed me to order a decaf latte through the app. Had to leave empty handed and deal with a mobile order refund through customer service. They should atleast have decaf drip available as an alternative

If I could give those employees zero stars i ll give them sub zero! I really don’t know what is their problem?! So rude , so grumpy, always attitude! You can’t even ask an extra sugar because they keep it behind the counter and they are closing the counter with a rope! And I am an employee in this airport and I can’t imagine the attitude they are giving to the random passengers! This is my very last time ordering from this Starbucks! The employees by the economy check in, in terminal C are way better and polite! This people need to learn from them! And who ever is the manager or the owner of this Starbucks, bro read your reviews, people tell you that your employees suck! Do something about it! Customers are always right!

Despite its prime location, the staff seemed less than enthusiastic. However, the interior of the store maintained a clean and tidy appearance, contributing to a pleasant ambiance.**About the Dining Experience:**During our visit, we ordered a Dopio Espresso, which was well-prepared but lacked the sweetness we expected from a typical espresso drink. Additionally, we tried the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich and the Egg, Sausage, and Cheese Sandwich. While both items were satisfactory and served warm, they failed to impress with their flavor or presentation.**Summary:**In conclusion, while this Starbucks location within the airport offers cleanliness and convenience, the lackluster dining experience, coupled with the indifferent attitude of the staff, detracts from its overall appeal. Worst service ever. They take forever to prepare the drinks. Treat the customers very rudely. For mobil orders they even forget to check up on them.

Fast, efficient, and ethically sound.I stopped by for a coffee and this guy just cut the line. The cashier asked if he was in line and that she doesn't want all these people in line to feel like they were cut. She was buff. I appreciate her speaking up for what is ethically right. Kudos.The barista also made a very nice pistachio latte with one shot of coffee (instead of 2 upon my request).

The guy who took my order seemed like he did not want to be there. He was very rude and disrespectful. After I ordered my drink, I handed him my money (cash) and he just walked away and did not say anything to me. I noticed that his coworkers were also confused as to why he did that. They tried asking him what happened but he refused to talk to them. Then after a few minutes of standing there, one of his coworker decided to come and take my order again and my money. I canceled my order because I felt disrespected. I didn’t receive any apology or an explanation of why he did that.

I ordered iced americano, but my barista made it hot instead of iced, and when I asked them about it, they just pour hot americano on the ice make it water downed coffee, and when I asked them about the coffee being watered down, the baristas started to fight each others, and gave me the coffee that looked like iced tea instead of coffee, there was no coffee flavor at all. Their customer service was awful. Both of the coffee in the picture were the same coffees.

I was here 2months ago and just stopped by for coffee. I told my name and a lady who took my order didn't get my name which is understandable because it's Korean name. I wanted to help her to get my name easily, so i said my name as 'Ji'. She checked my name as 'Chi', so i corrected her my name as 'Ji' again. After I got my coffee, i was shocked because there's a racist word instead of my name. I was so upset but i had to leave immediatly because of my flight. I've never had this kind of experience before in America. It's just so sad because the lady who took my order was Afirican american, so i believe she's been through this kind of thing. Hope she can grow up to be a better person.

Came in an cashier had an attitude. Then one of the baristas said "Here you go" and I drank the coffee, then she said IT'S NOT YOURS. I asked for everything on the side and they were rude giving me cream and sugar. I asked for a regular coffee and they took more than 10 minutes to give to me. They skipped my order I don't know how many times.

These guys don't know what are they doing and the "I don't want to be working here" attitude is all over the place. Coffee was so-so.
