This SB is located immediately to the left of EWR terminal 3 TSA security. I found the staff to be polite despite some unruly and impatient customers and frustrated travelers.We got the seasonal drinks for winter and they were executed at around the same quality as other normal Starbucks. Expect the prices to be higher but remember that it’s fair because you are buying coffee on the airside of the airport.

Avoid this location. 2 people ahead of me and I waited 15 minutes for a drink. They had 4 people “working”. Morning shift on a Wednesday.

I've never encountered more unfriendly and rude employees at a Starbucks before. Unless I'm really desperate for Starbucks coffee specifically, I would never go here again.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in the world. The service attitude is very poor. I ordered a caramel macchiato and only gave me half a cup. I asked for a new one and the service attitude was extremely bad. There was no apology at all. Finally, they waited a long time before they finished it for me. they were very impatient when I urged them to speed up the process. i really don't suggest people to go to this shop especially for foreigner travelers, it'll ruin the experience in New York City

Extremely rude staff, talking to me like I owe them a million dollars, my mood is completely ruined, what a great job, Starbucks. Please hire a better employee. We as customers, do not deserve being treated with rude tone, we are the one who pays.

The staffs' attitude is like we accidentally killed their family. This applies to all the workers working in this airport after you pass TSA.

Horrible service, with POS machines that break all the time. The real time availability does not match what is available through mobile ordering, and staff is not helpful at all. Don't recommend.

It is a Starbucks (overpriced), it is in the airport (crowded), the food is just average. Not much else to say as we begin our trip to SF.

Below Average Coffee - Unacceptable Service—- Detailed Review Below —-Had to walk into a Starbucks after nearly six months and was reminded why I avoid it.Living in a part of the world where we are spoiled for choice in terms of exceptional quality, I had already lowered my expectations before walking into this outlet. This is for the Starbucks actually in terminal C near gate c125 , it doesn’t have a site for itself . I wanted to get a cappuccino with a United meal voucher , the guy with dreadlocks told me they cannot take them presently , when pressed for a reason because everyone was scanning their phone - that was working - he became obstinate and just dug in his heels so I guess no cappuccino. Here’s hoping some manager can educate him on customer service
