I’m very disappointed with Prime Storage. I was told my unit was climate-controlled, but it was not. The facility had broken ceiling tiles and damaged light fixtures, making it difficult to see and creating safety concerns. On top of that, my monthly price doubled after just four months with no warning or explanation. Definitely not what I expected or was promised.

Mr. Jabriel
Was very helpful he explained everything in detail. From our first interaction in mid February Mr. Jabriel has been patient especially when I needed the information explains again everyone was very courteous when I interacted with them. I would recommend Prime Storage wholeheartedly especially their Newark location. The monthly cost per unit is remarkably affordable.
On 9/8/25 I was having a dilemma with my unit, I called Newark location spoke with Ms. Genesis and she was not only helpful but very understanding she made some notations in my file ao that the other staff understood my aituarion she then advised me to go in person to the facility. Where M. Jabriel took over and was very helpful. I highly recommend Prime Storage specifically their facility out in Newark NJ.

I've been using prime storage for the last 2 years as a way to keep my stuff safe. At first I was afraid of taking the initiative but I'm glad that prime storage has promised the security and safety of my belongings. 10/10 would rent a unit again
