I was trying to get my soulmate a phone and other places gave us a hard to, it was already hard enough that I was they are physically But this place was great we had an great experience, he got us n helped us and got us, it he took his time , he wasn’t rude of anything, the world needs more ppl like David, we thank you and appreciate u much love ?

I am really impressed how far they will go to make a customer feel welcome and appreciated! I could not afford something I needed so they worked with me until my needs could be met! I was thinking of canceling because of budget but sometimes paying extra makes a difference!!! Shout out to Kevin and Jennifer! I hope I spelt your name right!

Don't bother coming here unless you're planning on opening a line or buying something. If they're not making a commission, they won't want to help you, and they'll make sure you know that you're not welcome there. Some employees are rude and unprofessional. My rep literally walked away to help someone else in the middle of our interaction because they were interested in a new phone, and I was sent there by Tmobile customer care for a non-sales related issue. Called tmobile, and their only solution was for me to go to another store and possibly have the same experience. 15 plus years with tmobile and their favorite answer has always been no.

So major issues with my family account lost phone was canceled but still being billed for a replacement phone different number had issues and dec9 SOS MODE PHONE DEACTIVATED PAYMENT CURRENT ETC SO CALLED NICE PERSON BUT HAD TO GO TO A STORE TO RESOLVE WENT TO T-mobile broad and market st Newark manager Merideth was free as well as her underling female ! They were so helpful pleasant on a level rarely seen in retail today I was shocked and told them so they solved the issue in 10 minutes issued me a 218$ credit in under 10 minutes after 1 hour 45 minutes on phone with T- mobile! Was such a positive experience in a negative Situation i want to hire both of them to work for me! Don’t believe was t-mobile training although it could be just 2 woman who are smart customer driven and know what they’re doing . I was about to cancel and I’ve had em all Sprint Verizon Art Metro etc by far the best service around

Zafia was so helpful and attentive! She has amazing customer SERVICE skills and she is a valuable asset to your company please give her a raise she deserves it 11/22/2022Today I came back to pay my phone bill and get information on black Friday specials and unbeknownst to me I walked in and it's packed and said to myself oh boy I am gonna have to wait! Not even 60s passed by and 1 of your best employees Bruce began to help me with cell phone bill. Bruce was very kind, quick, attentive and precise. He's a team player because when i asked for my favorite employee at t Mobile (zafia) he was so cool and understanding and that made me feel comfortable even more. Zafia was so busy but she made time and she was helpful quick and knowledgeable about what I needed. She ended up saving me lots of money. I reccomend t Mobile to all my friends and family and I suggest if you want the fastest help and most knowledgeable and groomed people ask for ZAFIA AND BRUCE!YOU WILL WALK OUT WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND A SATISFIED CURIOSITY LIKE MYSELF
