I’m a loyal td customer but every single time I work near this branch and have to come here, never has enough tellers. 3 lovely pretty tellers and 2 of them training so really it’s just 1 working while the line grows. Do better who ever is in charge seriously.

The worst Td ever slow all the time workers have no sense of urgency just sitting there staring at you. Literally every visit i spend an hour in line. Dont go here guys ! Two different days over a 30 minute wait!

This bank opens up at 9 o'clock but the door says 830 when talk to the manager very rude person very rude only reason I'm here b ecause they fouled up my debit card In our own neighborhood we've been treated this way I lived in North for 53 years and have never been treated like And I don't like taking surveys but this was definitely needed

Absolutely the worst bank there is in newark. I wouldn’t recommend. the branch manager with the blonde hair, always has an attitude and is always gossiping or on the phone with someone in her office when there’s a whole line of people waiting to be seen. This place has literally no employees so goodluck being seen. Wait times are insane. Never parking in this area. i suggest going to springfield location, they actually treat their customers correctly.

The WORST no sense of urgency. I checked in for an appointment just to have a debit card printed which would normally take 5-10 minutes. I received the phone call saying they were ready for me and available employees were sitting there chit chatting. I went to the front counter to see if they could do it but they said I needed to wait at the desk area to be seen. The available employees at the desk area did not budge and continued their conversation.

I specifically came to the TD because it’s one of the very few in Newark that has a drive thru. Apparently this TD doesn’t want you to use the drive thru so there was an employee’s car parked in the way stopping you. Very unprofessional for someone that’s wheelchair bound.

They make you feel like you're bothering them ...I wanted to use some expletives but instead I let them know how I felt in a nice nasty way..I don't think it bother them one way or another..so I will not be going back to this branch ..

Lisette was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my banking needs. The staff was very friendly and although it was a bit busy they managed to make everyone happy and assist every person. Very happy to visit this branch.

Worst bankers ever!!!! Super slow!!!I came into the branch to open up an account. Mind you I have a six figure trading account with TD Ameritrade however I was told they are unrelated. So I signed in to see a banker & took a seat. I waited @40 mins, when one of the bankers told me that to open an account could take 20-30 mins & they were closing soon. So after waiting 45 mins, he claimed that he couldn't authorize overtime for the banker to complete the job!!! Seriously?? Even I told them I was flying out to West coast the following morning, they told me it would take too long. Only in Newark... TD Bank needs to fire the slow a** workers there who are causing them to lose customers b/c I went to Wells Fargo. Bad business smh.I will update the post with name of the employee when I find the business card because he should have been a parking attendant.

Do NOT expect anything out of the ordinary from any of the guys or males at the lobby desk at this Location.Service from them are not TD Bank "WOW"!
