Would give it zero stars if I could. Just go to the one on mulberry. These people had a line of 10 customers. 4 tellers at the desk but only one taking clients. The line getting longer and longer as they giggle about newly purchased cups. After waiting on line for a half hour they tell me I don’t have sufficient id to cash my check. That I always cash at the one on mulberry. Like I’m not fool I had several diff ways to prove my identification. And the manager had the nerve to be rude about it as if I didn’t just wait for a half hour to be told a lie Walked right out. Took my 4 mins to get to the one on mulberry which cashed my check. Don’t waste ur time !

The waiting time & lack of staff on premises is horrible! Especially on Saturdays.

it's amazing how the Td bank in newark works differently from the other Td in NJ , NY , the Drive thru never work… and when it happens it's an interminable wait and inside the bank the service is neglected and they take a while between them (them) talking in Portuguese talking about subjects nothing to do with food what they are going to do…. and the queue waiting… TD bank is great but the one in Newark is out of the norm

10:40 AM ... 10 people in line and one person at the counter. in addition, the ATM is frequently out of service.Not particularly convenient.

9 out of 10 times I go to deposit using the ATM it won't be working or simply won't let you deposit in cash, very long queues and slow service with few employees that will make you nervous

Worst branch I've been to. They have 1 teller working there's at least 25 people in line , they lobby is filled with customers waiting to see a rep, made the line just to be told I sign in on the ipad and wait again smh, will be going to the branch in my town or better yet change over to capital one all together.

I go here to pay rent. Always have to stand on a long line while employees float about laughing seeming to do nothing. What are these guys doing? I dunno, chatting, taking a break, who knows. They have all the time in the world while we wait on line.

Worst bank I've ever had in my entire life. I made a deposit, they deposited the completely wrong amount, I went to market street bank many times, they just gave me wrong information and took weeks to solve your problem. Now I went to open a savings account, I made a deposit and they deposited the incorrect amount AGAIN.

There's always a issue with there ATMs 2 of them an there always down. An don't go inside cause the line is crazy got only 2 people working no drive thru open and they say they're America's most convenient what a joke
