STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Omar and Leo (Leonardo) stole $160 from me. They insisted I pay to his personal Zelle account then took the item I just paid for to back room and told me to leave empty handed.
They called the police to come and arrest me when I refused to leave without my item or money back. They are THIEVES running a scamming business under Verizon's name.

Never, ever, under any circumstances hire a line from this company. I pay in advance every month and they still cut the line. Horrible, terrible. Leonardo's service is horrible, we go with the problem and he treats us as if he was right. Horrible, never guys, never, never, never hire the service from veryzon. I gave it one star because there's no way I could give anything less.
