Terrible service, he can't be working with this company, super arrogant!

When I placed the order I chose another place but U-haul moved to this horrible place. The guy was rude. The van was very dirty. Had some damages in the front passenger side and in other places.
I called costumer services but they take so long to answer. I am frustrated with this rental. stay away from that place.

The service is TERRIBLE they answer the phone with Hello not hello thanks for calling Uhaul I wasn’t sure it was Uhaul hung up without saying goodbye like the worst ever
