They didn’t have the keys at moment that I arrived , I spend 45 minutes for the keys, and it’s make me lost my first compromise, was a very frustrating, cause I didn’t finished what I needed finish, bad experience!

All the reviews are FAKE and posted by friends and family. I don’t recommend this location. They are totally unprofessional. There is no office. There is no one present. The place is literally ghosted. It’s empty. Left me waiting for an hour for my U-Haul and didn’t have the courtesy to update me during the entire time. Even U-haul was not able to reach this guy. So do yourself a favour and just go to an actual U-Haul location and not this time wasting facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! It’s a scam.

Rented during COVID for a move in Newark, was very professional, wore a mask the whole time. Made a confirmation call day before rental and was available when I needed to extend my reservation for 1 additional hour. Would recommend to a friend; great way to support a local business as trucks are privately owned and leased through Uhaul

Not so fast. Looks like Sergio had his mom write his reviews. I reserved a truck and auto transport on a Friday for the following Monday. I spoke with Sergio on Sunday and he was very nice and reassuring. I explained that my 75 year old father would be flying in to pick everything up and Sergio assured me...no...insisted that everything would be ready. Sorry to say that Sergio was no help. The truck and trailer were not hooked up and my 75 year old father had to hook the trailer up in the pouring rain. When my Dad asked for some help, Sergio could not be bothered. Hey! It was raining! No Recommendation. Go Anywhere Else!

In the midst of a move, I wanted to save some money by transporting some of my smaller and fragile things on my own. I found Sergio's facility through Yelp. He was so courteous and helpful over the phone. Although most trucks are only lent for a four hour period, he allowed me to keep it the whole day at no extra charge. It was clean and smelled fresh. No smoking allowed in the vehicles which I think is AWESOME! Getting there is a bit shady. His office is in the back of his home. It feels a bit awkward going through his property, but hey, whatever works, right? :) I would definitely use his Uhaul service again!

Sergio is a great guy. He saved me a BUNCH of money by knocking off various rental charges. He even gave me a ride to the train station! Efficient, professional, and a genuinely nice guy. I've recommended him to coworkers for future trips.
