Broke my steering wheel I feel as though some one was doing donuts in my car bending corners very hard mind you I only came to see why my abs light was on. Also I notice I was overcharged for previous work ($1700) for a maybe 1,000 dollar job, if you let them they will take your money and break your car. The mechanics are very shady and I don’t know why. I don’t care to talk badly about this shop but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you have a German car go to a German shop(here’s the difference real bmw shops have the real equipment and they are called auto technicians not mechanics ) however there are plenty out here specialized in bmw just look them up and prepare yourself it isn’t easy just take your time thinking. AGAIN if you have a ford or Chevy or even a Mazda this is the shop along with Ulises down on orange st don’t trust them.

At first, EVERYTHING was great ,setting up an appointment with the shop, and I explained to them that my ac was not cooling. The mechanic said they do work on ac repair, and i comeBack the next day and pick up the drive home, the ac is not working. This place will take you for a ride with your good earned moneyBEWARE OF THIS PLACE......ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR $$$$$.DON'T LET THEM GET you like they got me....

I have been going to ultimate for about two years now I have never had a reason to tell everyone this I took my car to the shop it was there for 8 days on that I was told the price of how much it would cost to have ball joints was $480.00. which know problem, but then my brake cylinder started rubbing on the drum. I took the car back to him when he told me that it would cost $360.00 to fix. So I asked hem why did it cost so much that's when he told me that I needed to have brakes pads, cylinder,rotors and brake hardware. I told him that I did not have the money for that so he told me that he would but the brake hardware, and that would work but I would need to have the rest done soon. And the brake hardware would cost me $150.00, so I had him do that. But when I got home I looked at what was done that when I saw it the hardware was one piece over the brake and cylinder, so I look at the other wheel that when I saw the other wheel did not have the hardware. So I went to the local auto store and purchase it for $15.00, I took the wheel off and put it on it took 10 minutes and my brakes pads, cylinder and rotor were new I never though the he would do this to me. I will go to talk to him about it when I get a chance.
