I sent some items from Amazon to a friend in New Jersey. I used his postal address. The items were suppose to arrive on June 12, 2025. Only 1 item was received, the other 24 items are still missing. The P.O. keeps saying they never received the packages even though Amazon has notified me that the packages were delivered. I'm not satisfied at all with the services here.....very poor customer service.

They steal packages , disrespectful need better customer service not all the postal work there are some that are very pleasant and knowledgeable and respectful for the work they due I say thank you to them

I would rate my experience with this company as quite disappointing. I've noticed they often claim to have no access to deliver packages, yet they seem to have no issue with dropping off regular mail in the same area. As someone who usually gets off work shortly after 5 PM to pick up packages, I've faced challenges with the service at this location. The employees could improve their customer service approach, as I've encountered some unprofessional workers, and they move at the pace of pond water.

Horrible sent me on a run around tried to send a package back today one of rhe workers behind the desk told me no it goes to UPS .
I caught a uber to UPS the young lady told me no it does go to the post office s good thing I took it to the post office downtown they took it for me
But I will never return to this one.

BEWARE- BEWARE- BEWARE this branch is STEALING PACKAGES!!! My delivery was supposed to go from NJ to FL in 3-5 days. Instead it ended up in PUERTO RICO 2 and1/2 weeks later!!!
Clearly someone is rerouting deliveries OUT OF THE COUNTRY!!

This location should be shut down it’s always only 1 or 2 clerks working..
The one clerk goes in the back for 10 - 15 mins at a time. No clerks come out to help. At 11:00 I stood in line for 30 minutes just to get some stamps…yet customers that they know stand on side not in line and they assist them

All Newark Post Office need new employees. This rude employees should not be working in customer service positions. I rather drive to West Orange or West Caldwell where the representatives are so much more cordial and very nice. Never any long lines. These Newark postal workers come in mad every day.
