This was my first time going to this location. The clerks were very helpful, the lobby was clean and has the mailing envelopes ready for customers. I recommend this location very much.

Went in to get I’d verified for the VA… Saturday 7-5 -2025 2:45 all I needed was the clerk to scan my phone information rite in her face ( was told the clerk named CeCe ) cca prolly lying, I’m a 25 year carrier at another office , she didn’t understand the assignment, saying this never happened, first time for everything, but she just refused to do anything for me. Told me to come back Monday. Read the comments prior to me coming and knew this wasn’t gonna be good.!! Comments are true smh I’m a employee.

It gets from bad to worst. Lately, they have been saying they attempt delivery and then return your item. Twice, they didn't leave a notification that they attempted. The only reason I know my package return was after checking UPS for another package. Employees, if you don't want the job, allow someone else to do it. You are wasting taxpayer money.

I would give this post office zero stars if I could. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. What kind of post office doesn’t have packing supplies?!

Get there ten minutes before close. One of the clerks is guarding the door blocking entry instead of helping take care of the line inside because of course the hood gotta leave exactly at close time. Not how business works. Not outside of the ghetto anyway. Open til 3 means you will often stay a few minutes past 3. As always though my community is disrespected and most by us. Work ethic and integrity are sorely lacking. If the employees are to leave at 3 then doors should close at 2:30-2:45 and those should be the official hours.

The machine was out of order during my visit. Unfortunately, they only offer letter drop-off services similar to a mailbox. The staff are friendly and provide information, but they're unable to process any transactions due to the machine being down.

Ayesha is always polite and very knowledgeable of the service she provides. The line was long but she got through it really fast , so impressive. The place is clean No complaints !

The front entrance door of my building is secured and stays locked. The Mailboxes are present and kept lock. 10/12/23 at 5:50pm this post lady dump a pile of mail which include someone passport on the floor outside of secured area and walked away. She has access to the building and key for the mailboxes. Can’t file a complaint because you can’t reach anyone at the vaillburg post, and secondly they are super disgusting and rude. Poor customer service

This place stole certified mail that was going to my daughter, I reported it and they keep closing out each case because it makes them look bad, they have so far closed it out 3 times with no update. I got the letter sent certified mail on 5/17/23 and since then it has not left their location as per tracking and they closed out each case I open up on them to report the theft. DO NOT GO HERE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!! Dont worry I will reopen another case and this time go to the POST MASTER FOR HELP if I can give 0 stars I would
