I usually use the drive thru, lately I've been using the lobby. They really should have uniformed security to handle the line's of people waiting. Usually it's 2 teller's on a Sat. Every one wants to crowd inside the lobby. No one wants to wait outside/social distancing. Other than that the bank is Ok.

You treat your customers terribly. I want you to explain to me WHY do you think it's ok to hold my money because it went negative TEN CENTS and then only released HALF of MY money that's just sitting there now. Not only will I be closing my accounts tomorrow morning I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use your bank. Oh and by the way, holding a check deposit for two weeks because in the last six months the account went negative $10 is NOT OK!!! YOU. SUCK!!!
