I called at 11 pm for a tow I had two flat tires and broken rims, the tow truck driver came it looked like he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and wanted to leave me stranded on the highway. He did not want to let me hop in the passenger of the tow because he had a person with him. He decided to let me ride in my car while he towed it. Dangerous in my opinion.. and he also scraped my tow hitch.
When I brought this up to someone at this yard they said it was my fault because the car had two driver side flats, and if the cars tires weren’t disinflated it wouldn’t have been scraped. This makes no sense, because even if all my tires were flat nothing in my car should be damaged during a tow. Then he asked me if I was going to use the hitch as if that matters.
