Terrible experience with Branch Manager Rukaya Rockson Bukari. She makes promises to handle account errors and doesn't follow through. She made my disabled fiance and I come back twice to settle an account error, then complained that we came to the bank too much. She didn't want me to sit next to him as he requested to close his account, and stated that I was influencing him to do so... she actually refused to close his account and said that regulations backed her up.
No compassion, nor skills to handle a managerial role.
Please remove her!!

Worst experience Ever. I had to go to a different branch just cause this branch felt like I.T was okay to make up they own rule about me taking out my own money. I will never go back here don’t even deserve one star. Know better do better!!!!

Worst customer experience. I have an account and recently lost my ID and debit card with no money at hand I need access to my account they told me they could pull up information even though I had a ID that just recently expired Saturday the 30th and my SSN birth certificate and account information along with checks and statements I had to go a city away just to receive 40$ to replace my lost ID thank you Louis from South Orange Wells Fargo
