“We needed to send a package and Joe was so helpful. We are from the Netherlands and we have never seen such a beautiful vintage postbox wall. Just that is already worth a visit, but so is friendly Joe!”
“The nicest staff ever! We had to send in a passport application for my son and the team were so incredibly helpful and polite and just all around nice people. The best post office in the area!”
“By far the best post office. I absolutely love the ladies in the front. Millie and Shawnt’e are the sweetest and so helpful. I don’t live in Wharton but I’ll always go to this post office just because of these beauties! So kind and friendly.”
“This is the only bicycle parking next to the building for the Post Office. No Bike Rack. However, the friendly and excellent Service help make up for the inconvenience.”
“I dont know why everybody rages on the USPS!
Tim at the Riverdale branch is always nice and helpful answering questions.
The postal service is actually my favorite branch in the Federal government. You should feel lucky you can mail a letter across the country for only 73 cents. If it were Fedex or UPS it would be $5.00. Super efficient.”
“The friendliest staff and very knowledgeable. I went in as I did not know what the packages would cost. The staff helped me choose my best options.
Thank you”
“Called the office today after one of my packages were marked being returned to sender because of incomplete address. I called my local post office and spoke with a gentleman who was very courteous and very professional on the phone. Not only did he find my package, he took all of my complete information and offered to help me with any other issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a raving fan. What a wonderful person to deal with early in the morning. He sure did brighten my day. Thank you Mr. Postman. :-)”
“I called Montville post office today for a question that I know was a shot in the dark. The gentleman that answered the phone went above and beyond
I cannot say how impressed I am with the level of service. Kudos keep it up the postal service needs more like you.”
“This post office is wonderful. I had a problem with my parcel and the postmaster Mohammed was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job. He helped me locate my package.”
“Not sure why all the reviews are so negative. We use this location for all our office outgoing mail and they are so sweet, helpfull, and efficient. All yall Karens just love to complain for real.”
“Staff are always helpful and nice. I bring so many packages at a time and they are always accommodating. Thank you all for your help! Very much appreciate everything you do.”
“I needed to void a money order I had purchased from a different USPS office. I went to the original store and was sent to a different location to have the service performed. Each post office sent me to a different location until I ended up at this location. The clerk on duty handled.my transaction with no issue, was friendly and very helpful.”
“Mark, the local West Milford Postmaster, is great. Runs the branch like it was his own personal business. Friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your excellent service Mark!”
“Always have had a good experience at this location. Didn't realize the Toxic Avenger Movie from the 1980s was filmed on Boonton, NJ with one scene filmed outside. See photo.(Not Real, just the scene from the Movie)”
“I recently moved to this neighborhood from Lake Hiawatha, and it’s always good to have basic stores like USPS, CVS, etc., nearby. Luckily, this USPS is less than a mile from my place.
I had to send a package to Boston, so I stopped by around 11 AM on a weekday. The store was almost empty — probably not as busy as the other USPS nearby — good for me because there was zero wait time.
The place is small but has all the usual services, including passports. I spoke with the staff member for a couple of minutes, and he seemed very friendly and helpful.
They also have a locker facility, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s municipal parking, I think, and just a block off the main road in Lincoln Park”
“My bad for not getting the name of the super helpful woman who works there. I was there at approx 2:30 in the afternoon. She obviously takes pride in her work and treats people with respect, as if she were the owner of that business. At times over the years when I impressed a customer with hard work and respect, they have said "where did you find HIM?", meant in a complimentary way. Hey USPS, where did you find HER!?”
