“I've had some curb rash on my Tesla rims and noticed some steering wheel vibration while driving at highway speeds. I took it to Tesla directly, and another local shop, but the vibration issue was never resolved.
I reached out to Brooklyn Rims & Collision to get my Tesla rim's refurbished and spoke directly with both Vito and Massimo, who were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both are top notch guys!
They recommended that I refurbish all my wheels and offered an extremely reasonable price for same day service. They noted that my front two wheels were dented, so they repaired that as well!

“Came in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.”

“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!

I brought in my Audi because the door needed to be completely replaced, and from the beginning I felt that my car was in good hands. Working on an Audi requires attention to detail, especially when it comes to body alignment, fitment, paint matching, and making sure everything looks and feels exactly the way it did from the factory. They handled the entire job extremely professionally.
The new door was installed perfectly. The alignment, panel gaps, paint match, and overall finish came out excellent. You honestly cannot tell that the door was ever replaced. Everything looks clean, precise, and factory-original. I am very particular about my car, so I paid close attention to the details when I got it back, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of their workmanship.
What I appreciated most was the professionalism and care they showed throughout the process. They clearly know what they are doing and take pride in their work instead of just trying to get the job finished quickly. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail made a big difference.
Finding an auto body shop that you can trust with a higher-end vehicle is not always easy, but after my experience here I would absolutely trust Downtown Ronnie Auto with my Audi again. The car looks great, the repair was done properly, and the entire experience gave me confidence in their team.
If you have an Audi, BMW, Mercedes, or any vehicle that needs body work, collision repair, or a panel/door replacement, I would definitely recommend giving them a visit. Excellent workmanship, professional service, and most importantly, they delivered a result that looks like the car came straight from the factory.
