“We became suspicious that the local BMW service center was ripping us off. First, they recommended a brake system flush and fluid replacement (it turns out, this was two years after having it done there and only putting 5000 miles per year on our car). Then they noticed a leak in the car's rear differential. They charged $400 for diagnostics and recommended a $2000 intervention. Finally, they suggested that we needed two new tires. We went to the Autobahn Service Center for a second opinion. They cleaned the area around the rear differential, told us to drive the car for a while and come back to check it again. Guess what- there was no leak! They also said that the tires did not need to be replaced yet. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. We will be Autobahn Service Center customers for the life of our car.”

I haven’t had any work done on my car, but as a new NY resident had to have it inspected. They were so honest, informative, and helpful. The man who worked on our car told me to set a reminder on my phone for 11pm a from now to get it done again bc the city looks for people to fine. He was so funny and really helped me to understand what is required in the future so I don’t get fined in any way. He told me an hour, and it was done in an hour. “I consulted Scott of Elite Auto Squad, prior to acquiring my new car. Not only was he helpful in guiding me about what up-sells to avoid, but also helped me get a higher trade-in value for my car. One dealer I went to was telling me there was a serious problem with my older car and the car wasn’t much more than scrap. But Scott said he thought the dealer was giving me bad information about the issue, and suggested it was something less serious so I went to a couple of other dealers and I eventually got significantly more on my trade ! Probably resulted in an extra $1500 in my pocket !”
