“I had such an outstanding experience with Volvo Cars Manhattan service department. I initially scheduled service because my low coolant light came on. They made the entire process seamless by picking up my vehicle directly from my home, which was incredibly convenient.
It turned out the coolant issue was just a software glitch. However, my service advisor, Jahbari, truly went above and beyond. While bringing my car in, he noticed an unusual noise and took the initiative to investigate further. That extra attention uncovered a timing belt issue that I wasn’t even aware of. He had it replaced under warranty and ensured everything was handled promptly.
My car was returned exactly when promised, running perfectly. The communication, professionalism, and proactive care were exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. Highly recommend Volvo Cars Manhattan, especially Jahbari, for anyone looking for honest, attentive, and top-tier service.”

Unfortunately I had a run in with a pole in a parking lot on a dark rainy night, and some body damage occurred to my new car. Adam has been taking car of my mechanical and inspection needs for a while now, and I am so glad that I trusted him with the body work as well. For a very reasonable price and in just over a week, my car was returned to me looking better than when I had bought it. Adam is fair, honest and trustworthy, and communicated throughout the process, I highly recommend him and his team!”

“I live in the neighborhood and drive an older model Audi Q3. The shop has maintained my vehicle for years. It's family owned and operated. No nonsense, fair prices and pleasant folks to deal with. It is easy to give them 5 stars+. It is hard to find this kind of shop in Manhattan.”
“I had some car trouble yesterday and was greeted by friendly staff at Cibao. They gave me an honest assessment of what was wrong with my car, and a fair price.
Other repair shops in Manhattan are ripoffs and will lie and say more things are wrong with the car when they really are not.
My mom was the person who recommended Cibao to me because of their honesty and good business practices.

“I was in the front lines and caught Covid March 2020 extremely badly. So about 2-3 month later, I finally got better and realized my car wouldn’t start or cutting on and off even it did. To my surprise, I got my silver ford fusion to the only shop opened and available. They fixed the problem (bx rats had eaten my wires completely for an entire month on the street and set up shop) immediately. I will never forget the kindness and compassion I received from the owner and his hard working staff. They never tried to up prices on me or take advantage of me.
