Alpha Fitness is a family-run business with locations in Sussex (Newton) and Morris county (Ledgewood). It is described as the best gym around and the best in Sussex county by far, with an amazing second location. The gym offers a nice selection of free weights and an insane variety of unique equipment and machines, some never seen before. It features a hardcore bodybuilding gym in the basement and a more casual atmosphere on the first floor, calling itself a unique place with no other like it. The staff is always friendly, professional, and excellent, with owners who know clients by name and treat them like family. The gym is always clean, and there are no issues with memberships. Owners are always doing things to improve and provide great value, with a price you can’t beat. It is highly recommended.

Amazing gym! Very friendly staff and such a great environment. The equipment is very good too and I love that they have two floors in the gym. Also you can't forget about how great the lighting is!

Absolutely LOVE this gym. It's got everything you need and nothing you don't. I just switched over and am paying half of what I used to for three times the value. To top it off the owners may just be the nicest people I've ever met.
