The store and it was the worst experience in a phone store I’ve ever had, I was lied too about upgrading phones and prices for our old phones they didn’t even check our account. If you don’t want to be ripped off stay far away from that store they are a third party seller not really an ATT store.

I just spent 45 mns plus waiting to be attended to and left without service. It is ridiculous to have a store front in a busy area with only one employee working!

Customer service is good but the details of your bill is not. Went in for a new phone in September 1. Extra insurance was put on without needed it If you have group insurance 2. They tell you that you have “credit” and you can get any accessories you want as long as it totals whatever the number they give you. That’s completely false and you WILL see it on your bill and pay for it. Lying and cheating. They try and bring in their money that is all. We were helped by an associate named Brandon (who probably doesn’t work there) & Mohammed. Completely disgusted. And after going to a different AT&T store, this one was a joke.
And I was told to reach out and NOONE GOT BACK TO ME!

Extremely satisfied with the experience we had with Benjamin at this location! My wife and I had an appointment to get a family plan with a trade in and Benjamin helped us from start to finish. His customer service is a 10 out of 10. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Optimum was giving us a hard time and switching over to our new service with AT&T took longer than expected. To put it in perspective, the store closes at 7 and due to complications we were having with Optimum we didn’t get done till nearly 8PM! Not once did we feel rushed and Ben was even apologetic for something that was not even in his control. We actually felt bad for him staying over his time. We had a good time though. I know we were buying phones, but it felt like we were all just hanging out. That’s how personable he is! I’m sure the other guys are great, but Ben’s customer service is the best we’ve had at any mobile store. Thank you.

I had 5 star experience all the way. My phone was not working properly and after calling AT@T support I decided to stop in store. Benjamin was knowledgeable and very patient with me and my phone problem. He tried several trouble shooting techniques se and twhen all else failed, helped me file a claim for a new phone. During this process Benjamin educated me on my insurance benefits and I was even able to lower my monthly plan payment. Benjamin was very helpful and provided me with exceptional service and even apologized for the inconvenience. What a wonderful experience today at AT@T.

I was at AT&T earlier, and Benjamin was incredibly helpful. He actually helped me more then what I originally went into the store for with regards to my son's phone. He helped me lower my bill snd upgrade a new device for my son. Benjamin was so pleasant and honestly the nicest employee I have ever dealt with at that store over the years. Thank you Benjamin F.

We decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T, we ended up with 5 new phones amd merged multiple plans into 1. Mo, Ben and Al in this store were beyond helpful and personable, would highly recommend if you want a painless experience
