Jerry was so kind and helpful finding me the right battery mount. He even suggested how to get more money for my old battery, and PAID for the mount himself. Very awesome experience and will definitely return for any other car issues.

We were in town visiting my dad in a nursing home facility , I had went the wrong way and turned around in a parking. I ran over a drill bit and it went in my tire so we googled auto stores then we walked to western auto and they were closed so then we walked back to the car In 19 degree weather remind you .. so we called y’all . Joea and Jacob came to the rescue !! Thank YOU BOTH , so much for helping us get back on the road , it was nice to know there are still good people in this world still . So again THANK YOU both for going over and beyond !!

The nice girl with the blue hair helped me pick the right wiper blades after grabbing the wrong ones. She took the time to look up the right ones and helped me pick the right fit ( and more appropriate blade). She even put them on for me, super helpful and friendly.

I wanted to say thank you to a wonderful manager you have named joa. She is such a very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to double check my parts before I left ensuring I have what I need. You guys should cherish a person like that, especially with her genuinely caring about her work. Very professional and accurate. In today's world you can find anyone to do a job, but not one that cares. There was also a younger man at the register that helped me earlier. He was the same as joa. Very nice and professional. You guys have always been way better than advance and anywhere else. I'm glad to see there is still good people out there like them. Also, another huge plus for you guys is that it's always a quick stop for me. Not a super long line or anything. Thanks again for the help guys, and for being patient with me. You guys and gals rock!!! Ps, give the younger fella that was at the register and joa a substantial raise. They deserve it.

Thank you Kelly(or Kelley)for taking time out of your day to show me how to install my own windshield wipers and informing me that wipers are generally two different sizes. First of all, you
open at 9 instead of 8. Change your hours on the door. Second of all, the service here is just the worst. A lady was treating me very horrible. She began to yell at me because I politely told her that she had the wrong hours on the door. I am not happy at all. I just hope there will be better service.
