I go to the store on several occasions mainly to get the little things I need to stock up my snacks for work and I see one of my favorite cashiers and on several occasions when I go into that store, she’s constantly being disrespected by management. The store manager, whose name is either Priscilla or Celia never quite sure always has an attitude with her and this cashier goes out of her way to be nice to customers as well as her coworkers. She’s always offering to help and will legit RUN and grab you items you can’t find rather than talking down to you making someone feel small about not seeing an item they are looking for. If it wasn’t for the fact that this cashier works there, I would stop going, but as long as she’s there, I’ll come in. Last week I watched as she handled a rude woman and then proceeded to be chastised by a manager about how she could have handled it better. When I think she handled it the best way she could. She was being screamed at fingers in her face and all she did was stand there apologize for the inconvenience and kept suggesting ways to help but the customer wasn’t having it so she ended up leaving walking out while saying disrespectful things about the girl it was sad and her manager just let it happen and then went in on her as well like it was her fault they lost the sale. The store yes is amazing very clean and organized big who they have running it is not good at being a leader. Someone should step up and retrain her on how to do better cause it’s managers like that who make employees quit I’m sure she can’t run that store by herself and from the way she acts it’s almost like she doesn’t understand she has amazing people working for her. I went back in this past Thursday looking forward to seeing my favorite cashier(she lets me know when she’s in) to hear the manager talking badly about her from her office with the door open and customers hearing she even named dropped her. I asked another worker where she was they said she got taken into the back to be fired finally. I hope that’s not true and if so I’ll be looking for a new dollar tree to shop at cause that’s completely unprofessional of the store manager as well and the employees to talk about someone who’s not there like that and air out personal business they have no right to share. Dollar tree needs to do better about who they have running that store cause I wouldn’t want someone like her working for my company. Something needs to change.

I love this Dollar Tree! Especially the seasonal items, and the 2-for-a-dollar beautiful Hallmark greeting cards!

Cleanest and most well-stocked dollar tree in the area. And in a nice shopping center with Michaels, Marshalls, five below, etc. love it

Went in today (January 5, 2024) to buy some almond milk along with some other things. Didn’t think to check the expiration until I got back home. Unfortunately the milk I bought expired December 9, 2023. Usually I wouldn’t care and I would let it go but it’s gross to still have almost month old milk on the shelves for people to grab :/
